Like Rory, Kilchoman's bull, the Batch Strength, released globally by Kilchoman for the first time, embodies the power and intensity of the distillery. The bottling created by Anthony Wills is matured in an elaborate cask composition of recharred red wine casks, Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels and shines as an exceptionally powerful edition with intense notes of dark fruits, spices and honey.

]]> The distillery was opened by Anthony Wills in 2005. It was the first new-opening of a distillery on Islay after a pause of 125 years. It is located in the northwestern part of the island on a former farmer area and is the only distillery on Islay that isn’t located next to the sea. It also is the only distillery on Islay which may call itself ‘100% Islay’, using all the ingredients and doing every producing step on the island.

]]> Cameronbridge is a grain distillery which is now part of Diageo. They use three Coffey Stills in production, all of which are supplied with water from Loch Leven. Most of the whisky produced ends up in blends, but there is an original bottling of the distillery under the name Cameron Brig. There are also bottles from this distillery from independent bottlers.

It now also produces other spirits for Diageo.
