For the limited special bottling, the classic Isle of Raasay Single Malt with a cask strength of 61.3% vol. bottled. It was made according to the island distillers' innovative cask recipe from peated and unpeated raw spirits, which mature separately on Raasay's coast in three cask types: First Fill Rye Whiskey Casks, Virgin Chinkapin Oak Casks and First Fill Bordeaux Red Wine Casks.

The result? A maximum of taste in which delicate, aromatic smoke meets lush fruit notes of cherry, apricot and black currant. Candied ginger, black pepper and cinnamon, vanilla, butterscotch, sandalwood and a touch of salt round off the complex experience.
