Nose: Bacon flakes, custard, banana fritters, caramel mousse. Barley water, dried cranberries

Flavour: Burning embers, candle smoke, gorse bushes

Finish: Thick syrup/almost syrup, damp hay, flint, nutmeg, gingerbread
