These include crème brûlée and exotic fruits, sandalwood and fine notes of fennel, as well as the soft sweetness of freshly baked cake bases. After 20 years in the cask, Signatory Vintage was only able to fill 219 bottles with the cask strength Speyside whisky.

]]> A good ten years ago, excavator shovels tore down the gray-brown walls of the Caperdonich Distillery. The Speyside distillery had already been closed since 2002. Andrew Symington is one of the independent bottlers who foresightedly secured the underdog drams.
