More than 10,000 hogsheads, butts and the like are stored in the halls of the independent bottler. Signatory releases bottlings from this treasure trove of wood in various series. This whisky was personally selected by Andrew Symington. It is a Longmorn from 2005, matured for over 19 years in a fist fill Oloroso sherry butt.
