Black Bottle Double Cask – 46,3%

The limited edition Black Bottle Double Cask Blended Scotch Whisky has two very special components that together create a rich and complex fusion. Maturation in Spanish sherry casks brings out notes of dried fruit and walnuts with hints of sultanas, orange and light oak. This combines ideally with the 12-year maturation in red wine casks, which is responsible for the red berry aroma. The combination in barrel management produces an aftertaste of grapes, burnt toffee and a slight pleasant warmth.
