This 15-year-old Auchroisk was bottled by Douglas Laing for its own “Old Particular” series. Distilled in March 2007, the whisky was matured in a refill hogshead. The slightly nutty character of Auchroisk is thus perfectly complemented. The single cask, limited to 208 bottles, was bottled exclusively for Bremer Spirituosen Contor.

The distillery is located near to Mullben and Keith and belongs to the Speyside. Open up in 1974 it is one of the youngest and most modern distilleries in Scotland. The malt is only softly peated because the big part of the production is dimensioned for making blends for Justerini & Brooks (J&B).
