Die neue Abf\u00fcllung ist ein Meilenstein f\u00fcr die junge privat gef\u00fchrte Brennerei und Zeugnis des Einsatzes und der Fertigkeiten der Master Distiller bei Wolfburn.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Die Reifung erfolgt ausschlie\u00dflich vor Ort in sogenannten Dunnage-Warehouses <\/em><\/strong><em>(liegende Lagerung der F\u00e4sser und offener Erdboden f\u00fcr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit) wenige 100 Meter von der K\u00fcste entfernt.<\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em><em><strong><u>Die Tasting Notes<\/u><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Nase:<\/em><\/strong><em> Sanfte Sherry S\u00fc\u00dfe mischt sich mit Noten von Feige und Rosine. Ankl\u00e4nge von Vanille und s\u00fc\u00dfer Eiche.<\/em><em><br \/>\n<strong>Geschmack:<\/strong> Von enormer Tiefe und Vielfalt mit \u00fcppigen Aromen von Schokolade und dunkler Frucht untermalt von Karamell und Vanille.
