Kingsbarns Bell Rock – 61,1%

Die Fässer für den „Bell Rock“ stammen allesamt aus dem ersten Jahr der Produktion, somit ist es der älteste bisher abgefüllte Kingsbarns Single Malt. Die Rezeptur besteht zu 30% aus Bourbon- und 70% aus Sherry-Fässern, abgefüllt in 46% und wie immer in natürlicher Farb-gebung und ohne Kühlfiltrierung. Die Gesamtauflage beträgt gerade einmal 2208 Flaschen.

Die original Tasting Notes:

Nose: Toffee apples, rum and raisin, ice   cream and white chocolate with raspberries.

Taste: A light, luscious mouthfeel. Crisp red apples upfront supported beautifully by an apricot pastry note.

Finish: The sweetness continues on the finish, caramel and pecan pie mingling with oak spice.
