1. Validity
The GTCT are the base of the sales contract with our customer. They conform to the valid German laws of the BGB (Civil Code) and the HGB (Laws of Trade). Deviating conditions of the person who orders have no validity.
2. The sales contract
Your order is binding. We can accept your order within two weeks by delivering the ordered articles or by filing an order confirmation. By placing an order the customer confirms that the duty of information of the contractor according to § 312 BGB has been fulfilled. The customer also confirms that he has acknowledged the information contained in these GTCT and has agreed with them.

3. Your right of rescission
You have a right of rescission for 2 weeks. You are not bound to your order anymore if you revoke during the 2 weeks following the delivery of your order. The period begins after receiving your order. Your rescission doesn’t need to include a reason and has to be declared in written form or by sending the ordered items back to us. For the keeping of the term it is enough to dispatch the rescission or the ordered items in time. In the case of rescission you are obliged to send back the ordered items. We will then compensate the payment of the order, if it has been made yet.
Please send the ordered items back in mint condition and include the original bill. The shipping cost of the return of the ordered items is at your expense, if the items together are cheaper than € 40.00.
4. Reservation of price- and product-change/ Reservation of delivery
The pricings of our current price sheet are valid, including taxes, plus the charge of delivery. Our prices are subject to change. It remains our right to not accept orders from a purchaser and to not process them because of availability. In this case, we inform you immediately and refund the charges already paid by you. The depicted images are exemplary images; the delivered items can deviate from the images, although the content remains the same.
5. Payment and delivery
We deliver against prepayment (bank transfer) or payment by EURO/MASTERCARD plus the current charge of delivery (for an insured international standard parcel 17 € at the moment). If we cannot ship the order in a standard parcel, we will inform you separately about the cost of shipping. We deliver orders with a value of more than 100 € for free within Germany. Normally we ship the ordered items within 2 working days after receiving the payment. If a partial shipment is necessary, the additional shipping cost is at our expense.
6. Title retention
The delivered articles are our possession until the complete payment of the order. The end of the period for appeal has no effect on this.
7. Defects of the goods
If the items delivered to you are technically defective or deficient, we will compensate it immediately according to valid laws. Please contact us immediately, or send the defective item carefully packaged and sufficiently stamped to our address, specifying the defect of the item. For the raising of your claim, you have to submit the original bill. Please keep your proof of dispatching the item (parcel sheet) carefully as a piece of evidence.
8. Prices
The prices are open and have validity from Itzehoe plus the shipping costs. In effect are the prices at the moment of placing the order.
9. Legal protection for children and young persons/ Sale of alcohol and tobacco products
The sale of alcohol and tobacco products to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited. Our offering is solely targeted towards adults. If you are under the age of 18, you are not allowed to order any spirituous beverages and tobacco products at our online shop. By placing your order you agree to this rule and confirm that you are 18 years or older.
10. Privacy
We use your order-related information solely in agreement with the valid laws of privacy. Your information is solely passed on to shipping companies (normally Deutsch Post AG/DHL) in order to deliver the articles.
11. Valid Law
Only German law is valid.
